Delivering training to people with
physical disabilities
NTC delivers training to people with physical disabilities in the areas of Information Technology, Administration and Accounts to enhance their prospects of employment.
The project provides training, qualifications and employment
opportunities to people with physical disabilities in an informal,
flexible and non-institutional environment, while increasing their independence and self-confidence.
WHY NTC IS UNIQUE
NTC offers a varied range of certified accredited training courses in the areas of IT, Administration and Accounts.
Training offered is flexible and individually tailored to the needs of the person completing the training programme.
Staff are highly qualified and experienced and actively
support and encourage each individual to reach their full potential.
Employability prospects are increased through carefully selected meaningful work placements.
NTC staff work hard to increase employer awareness of the economic and social contribution that can be made by people with physical disabilities.
Benefits are not affected and training is free.
Training takes place each week at our Centre in Newry and also at Outreach Centres in Banbridge, Armagh and Craigavon.
