Strength & Balance

Strength and balance classes are designed for older people who may have a fall or those who are unsteady on their feet. The aim of these classes is to reduce the chances of falling, along with feeling more confident. These classes can be done standing and seating, so all abilities are welcome. The class runs every Monday from 10AM – 10.30AM.
