This low-cost Tai Chi class is run by local physio in Newry Leisure Centre on Wednesday from 12.30PM – 1PM. This class combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Tai Chi is also a great exercise for anyone over the age of 65, as it helps to improve balance, posture and general mobility. There is also some research shown that Tai Chi can help reduce the risk of falls.
