This is a great
exercise class for teenagers in Newry Leisure Centre. Our dance coach Anna
covers a range of dance techniques and styles through each session. Dance is a
great way to build young people’s confidence, whilst also reducing stress,
anxiety and depression. Join us every Thursday from 4PM – 5PM; new members are
welcomed each week. No experience in dance required. This class is for fun and
to improve physical activity amongst young people.
