Positive Directions is a training and employability programme delivering a person-centred and motivational programme enhancing individuals’ employability to help them achieve their goals.
The programme is aimed at 16 to 65 year olds with a disability or a long-term health condition to support them to break down barriers, build on their skills and personal development which is the foundation for progressing onto employment and / or education/training.
Clanrye Group provides substantial support to each participant dependent on their needs to include one-to-one tutor support, tutor assistant support and peer support. There are a range of assistive technological adaptations available and a high level of differentiation provided to enhance and enrich the learning experience. Clanrye group pride themselves on the provision of outstanding pastoral care to meet the personal, social and employability needs of each participant. Class sizes are small (8-10) to enable significant support to be provided.
