This course is for anyone who wants to gain a qualification to progress into work in a range of customer service roles from retail, call centres, hospitality or care. 

This course is delivered over 10 weeks and is designed to improve your skills in identifying customer needs and expectations, how to deliver the best customer service you can, while dealing with challenging customers, as well as looking at the importance of positive body language. 

This course also covers up to date information on customer rights and includes a mystery shop visit. This is a great stepping-stone to level 2 customer service or retails as well as a fantastic qualification to assist in gaining employment in any customer service role.
